Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with the management and oversight of clinical quality management, assurance and safety programs as well as monitoring and improving adherence to accreditation standards. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, program functions and events as appropriate. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects and activities at once, have excellent oral and written communication skills and extraordinary computer skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 1 year, or high school diploma or GED with at least 5 years’ of directly related experience (design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives) at an equivalent level in a health care enterprise. Verification of education and licensure will be required if selected for hire.
