Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under limited supervision, the Clinical Quality and Compliance Specialist assists with the development, planning, implementation, and coordination of quality management, clinical compliance, and accreditation programs; assists with the development and monitoring of clinical health outcomes and process improvement projects; and ensures compliance of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Specialist supports the achievements and maintenance of national accreditations, and maintains related documents and records, as well as coordinates and facilitates meetings, program functions, and events as appropriate.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of directly related experience. A completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure will be required if selected for hire.
