Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Community Support Worker will independently provide ongoing and direct community support services to individuals with severely disabling mental illness as part of an inter-disciplinary treatment team and will spend considerable time (at least 60%) in the community to engage/coordinate support services (family, physicians, psychiatrists…) for each client as needed.
This role requires a BA/BS in Social, Behavioral, or Health Sciences; intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Windows; knowledge of Albuquerque social service systems; and a one year minimum of experience in related field. Multicultural experience and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Pay range start at $16.48/hr, or $34,278.40/annually.
