Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Operations Manager will assist with organizational administration, program operation, and general advancement of organization (see website for additional details). This position is funded for one year, with financial review by the board of directors after 6 months. This position may be extended, converted to full time, and may present opportunities for advancement.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Operations Manager will attend meetings, work with the youth advisory board members, communicate with the board president and/or chairperson, fundraise, conduct grant searches, maintain social media presence, promote programming, answer emails and calls, assist with community events, screen applicants, create meeting agendas with the board president and/or chairperson, track volunteer hours, and accomplish other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in, or currently enrolled in a program for, business, public service, hospital administration, public health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or other human services related fields are preferred. However, comparable related and documented experience may substitute for education.
