Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee all financial and accounting operations of international nonprofit organization. Lead four-member accounting department. Provide accounting information, training and assistance to staff and international board of trustees. Oversee facility management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Act as liaison with agents for employee insurance and other benefits, property insurance and liability insurance. Act as liaison with the CPA firm during the annual financial audit. Ensure accurate preparation and submission of quarterly and annual forms and reports. Coordinate Overeaters Anonymous investments and investment policy.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field. Five years’ experience in accounting with experience in preparation of financial reports. Two years’ supervisory experience. Proficient in spreadsheet software, knowledge of accounting and inventory management software. Available for once-monthly Saturday meetings. Sage 100c accounting software, Blackbaud Raisers Edge donor software.
