Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responds to donor email and voice messages with active problem solving informed by knowledge of NMPBS and department policies.
Enter donor transactions accurately into donor database and researches and resolves issues as needed.
Upon training will actively work with NMPBS Finance to promptly pay vendors. Will research and resolve issues as necessary as generated by vendors.
Runs donor acknowledgements.
Responsible for processing monthly donor contributions.
