Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under supervision, performs a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties such as relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-in inquiries, scheduling calendar items and meetings, composing a variety of standard documents and correspondence in word, processing forms, performing data entry, and establishing and maintaining records. This position is non-exempt.
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years' work experience required. Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
