Roadrunner Food Bank is looking for an outstanding candidate to be a personable and professional representative at our front desk.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service by welcoming visitors and volunteers to Roadrunner Food Bank, answering incoming calls, scheduling volunteers, managing the front lobby and assisting with organizational tasks as needed. The Customer Support Representative manages the main phone line and is responsible for providing referrals for people in need of food assistance.
Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Some Saturdays may be needed as well.
