Main Areas of Responsibility:
Database Integration and Connectivity: developing and maintaining systems to help meet organizational needs; managing extremely detailed import workflows, tracking large amounts of data details; managing several forms of data import projects between databases; database Management, Maintenance, & Clean Up; creating systems and policies to support data integrity; and implementing regular data systems checks.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Supporting and implementing database configuration to maintain consistency across systems; documenting decisions and policies regarding database configuration; ongoing database maintenance, including duplicate merge processes, address updates, reviewing recent database changes to maintain consistency, and staying up-to-date with system changes and updates made by the program developers; creating some reporting and query structures; and collaborating with team members.
Experience in reconciliation of multiple database interfaces; experience in data/evaluation reporting; proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Docs and ability to develop skills in new database programs and data presentation/analysis software; proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables and Excel Macros preferred, but not required; excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; detail oriented; and strong written and verbal skills.
