Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and provide support to all aspects of marketing and development. This includes content creation for newsletters, website updates, social media posts and engagement, donor database management, auction item intake database management, events, donor communication, and stewardship.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This role requires a college degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience; strong technology skills; experience using donor management systems and social media; superior organizational skills and high attention to detail; and an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive personality with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; intermediate database and social media experience; the capacity to learn new technologies quickly; positive and collaborative attitude; the ability to work independently; and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, Facebook pixels, and Google Ad words is a plus.
