Development Coordinator

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Record and maintain donations and donor information in database and create donor reports
Post information on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and keep website updated
Oversee in-kind donations and work with volunteers to manage donations
Assist with grant research, writing, data tracking and reporting
Assist in new donor development research and developing marketing and communications materials

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Perform other duties as assigned to include fundraising events and activities during evenings and weekends.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Knowledge of Word and Excel required
Understanding of databases preferred
Flexibility to coordinate evening and weekend responsibilities
Ability to think critically and make decisions
Administrative support experience preferred
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed
Valid driver’s license with proof of personal automobile insurance
