Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Development Coordinator to assist in fundraising activities, events, donor acknowledgment, grant writing, donor and volunteer management. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Minimum Qualifications
• 2-4 years of direct fundraising, grant writing and event planning
• Experience working with a diverse team
• Donor and volunteer management experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and result-driven
• Experience with donor database
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports
• Ability to organize all aspects of events

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Knowledge of event software
• Independent self-starter capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to act in a friendly, professional manner
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to build relationships and engage donors, volunteers and staff
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
