Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for leading and managing the EMHS Foundation, organizing community relations functions, performing oversight of the donor relations program, managing fundraising initiatives, grant management and attainment, and for identifying and expanding the school's base of individual, family, community and corporate support. The successful candidate will work with both the school and the EMHS Foundation.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Develop and lead a comprehensive annual fundraising plan
• Function as a professional advisor to the EMHS Foundation Board
• Monitor the grant-writing activities of the school and maintain an electronic database of grants
• Work with the Foundation Board to prepare a comprehensive budget each year
-Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
-Strong technology skills, experience in accounting software desirable
-Teaching credentials are desirable
