Main Areas of Responsibility:
Answer phones, receive messages, KidTrax maintenance, prepare daily rotation paperwork for Program Leaders, process club payments, maintain daily transportation logs, maintain monthly member payment logs, maintain membership payment logs, maintain daily KidTrax logs, prepare and print membership cards, and other duties as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-HS Diploma/GED required. Post-secondary education is preferred
-Microsoft Office 2010
-QuickBooks Point of Sale experience preferred
-Clerical and cash handling experience
-Ability to communicate with the general public
-Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
-Once employed, must be able to pass CPR and First Aid certifications
-Valid New Mexico Driver's License
-Spanish Bilingual Required
Part-time position at $11/hour with one year preferred experience. One year of Customer Service and receptionist experience preferred. Spanish required.
