Main Areas of Responsibility:
The DO will provide leadership and oversight of all day-to-day operations of Saranam, serves as the senior partner on the leadership team, directly supervises program directors, is the lead strategist for finance, human resources, facilities management, all of the staff and contractors.
Masters in Social Services, Planning, Business or related field, or related experience. Minimum 3 years experience in management/administration. Working knowledge and familiarity with community-wide efforts to address issues of homelessness. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Human Resources principles, finance/accounting management systems. Demonstrated capacity in leadership, solution-based resolution and coaching skills.
