Main Areas of Responsibility: 

TGRCNM seeks a mission-driven, service-oriented, and people-centered Director of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of the TGRCNM Drop-In Center and co-administer the organization overall. You will be the one to ensure our services and programs are well-coordinated and effectively implemented by managing procedures and developing our people.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The area of responsibility for this role is very broad and requires thorough knowledge of various organizational processes and resource development, as well as social work aptitudes.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The ideal candidate is not only able to plan and implement many different kinds of operational activities but is also a strong advocate for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the people they serve. They are an excellent, connected leader who, working alongside their team, can discover the most effective ways to run the Drop-In Center and help the people who come through its doors.
