Main Areas of Responsibility:
Cornerstones Community Partnerships seeks an experienced professional to lead fundraising and communications in a growing organization. This newly created position will provide the vision, leadership, and skills which will enable the organization to achieve its fundraising targets and audience development program. This role is responsible for managing all communications activities and building external relationships with the organization's constituencies, including funders and the media.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Produce effective, data driven fundraising strategies as part of a strategic, cohesive fundraising plan; manage the implementation of Cornerstones’ fundraising operations; develop, implement, and evaluate an annual communications plan; and manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral.
A talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds and developing audiences; proven track record in strategic, creative fundraising that has directly resulted in increased income for an organization; experience developing and implementing communications strategies; a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role; and 10 years minimum experience in professional fundraising and communications.
