Main Areas of Responsibility:
Hiring and developing property management teams for six locations throughout NM. Must have knowledge of Fair Housing and NM Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in multi-family housing industry including management of HUD 811 and LIHTC properties, familiar with innovative mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, solar and grey-water. Experience working with persons living with physical and behavioral health disabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and property management system.
Budgeting and strategic planning required.
Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred.
