Main Areas of Responsibility:
The purpose of this position is to leverage lead/donor data for ministry benefit and provide actionable insight to drive donor acquisition, retention, and giving. The Specialist will research potential donors, as well as new and established donors, to assist Communications/Marketing with data pertaining to trends in donor acquisition as well as assist Donor Engagement in determining best path forward for ministry engagement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Research trends in donor acquisition, aiding Communications/Marketing team in segmented messaging. Research potential donors as well as new and established donors to determine philanthropic interests, propensity and capacity of giving to non-profits, and any other business or personal information for use in retention, engagement and increased giving.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or nonprofit management; or equivalent in job-related areas. Minimum of 2-years of experience working in data administration and management functions. Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze and summarize data for use in planning, service delivery and continuous quality improvement efforts. Results driven, flexible, methodical and able to think of alternative routes to problem solving for a solution.
