Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full responsibility for planning, directing and administering the Early Intervention program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to program development, program fiscal management, quality assurance, compliance with standards and reporting requirements, public relations, community collaboration/coordination, staff training and technical assistance to programs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Fiscal responsibility multimillion dollar budget through various funding streams including but not limited to fee for service billing and grant funds. In addition, general Human Resource Responsibility for EI Program employees and oversight of EI Program associated independent contractors. As all NAPPR employees, the EI Program Director is expected to demonstrate integrity and focus on NAPPR’s mission throughout all aspects of their work.
