Main Areas of Responsibility: 

EI Program Assistant provides all administrative support to the Early Intervention program. Serves as the main point of contact for all internal and external requests. Provides a timely response to requests for administrative/clerical support. Works under the direction of EI Program Director. Responsible for receiving, assigning and tracking all referrals to NAPPR Early Intervention.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Main contact for sub-contractors and maintains all sub-contractor files and information, monitoring for necessary updates to contracts, tax information, licensure, professional insurance as required, fingerprinting, etc.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Responsible for ensuring that all referrals are processed, tracked, and all follow up activities are timely and completed. Takes initiative to assign referrals, create systems for tracking referrals and contractors assigned and identify system errors to ensure smooth assignment of referrals.
