Main Areas of Responsibility:
Collaborate with Human Resources Director to continually improve in-person and virtual training and development models including curriculum, scripts, presentations, manuals and agendas. Schedule and track attendance for all Homewise University onboarding elements for new employees such as new hire book club and new hire department orientation meetings, to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This role requires long periods of standing and some lifting of supplies is required. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
College degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish Required; minimum 3+ years’ experience in curriculum development and adult group education; teaching certification preferred; and experience with distance learning, on-demand training, learning management systems, and design software preferred.
