Main Areas of Responsibility:
You will support our ongoing work on an array of evaluation and research projects advancing cultures of Native American community health. The work will represent a mix of qualitative and quantitative research on issues impacting Native youth health along with evaluation projects designed to decolonize evaluation in Native organizations and communities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Perform duties requiring independent judgment and analysis related to data gathering, report preparation and special projects, Conduct literature and data searches for ongoing research projects, Collaborate with Evaluation and Research department and Advancement department to draft blogs, policy briefs and notes on research findings, and provide administrative support for the Evaluation and Research department, including scheduling meetings and webinars with internal staff and community partners and more.
This position requires awareness and keen appreciation of Native American cultures; sensitivity to cross-cultural differences and ability to work effectively within this context; BA/BS in social science or related field; and demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
