Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Coodinator works closely with the Director of Evaluation and Research to manage timely, rigorous, and utilization-focused evaluation and research projects that advance cultures of Native American community health. Seeking a colleague who will contribute to our collective team efforts by contributing to ongoing evaluation and research projects, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and communicating evaluation and research findings for various audiences in a variety of formats.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
They will provide administrative support for planning and implementation of evaluation and research conversations/meetings and assist in stakeholder communication, event planning, and implementation. They will track and oversee the program team meetings and calendars, conduct and share research, and initiate consultant contracts and invoices. They will provide guidance and input in the development of youth engagement meetings, programming, and initiatives.
This position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of Native American peoples and cultures; experience coordinating evaluation and/or applied research projects; ability to use basic statistical and qualitative methods to analyze, interpret, and report on data; experience and/or training in qualitative or mixed-methods research; attention to detail and strong logical reasoning; and adaptability in a continually evolving, autonomous, and deadline-oriented environment.
