Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for oversight of all operations of La Casa, Inc., an agency providing shelter, counseling, advocacy, case management, outreach and housing programs to families experiencing domestic violence, including victims, children and perpetrators.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include oversight of agency programs, new program development, strategic planning and program evaluation; networking with service providers, businesses and community leaders; advocacy with local, state and national legislators; and public relations. Work with and facilitate volunteers, Board, and staff committees. Ensure County wide services are provided. Serve as the face of La Casa, Inc. with media and public communications.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Executive Director is appointed by and reports to the La Casa, Inc. Board of Directors. Under broad policy guidance and direction of the Board, the Executive Director is responsible for the administration and operational services of La Casa, Inc.
