Main Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic and Visionary Leadership, Business Planning and Execution, Board Development, Talent and Financial Management, Fund Development. Possessing experience in charitable fund-raising, grant writing, construction, land acquisition and mortgage experience a plus.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees hiring and management of staff, volunteers and development o the Board of Directors.
Once a conditional job offer is made background checks will be conducted. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license, auto insurance at or above the minimum levels required by NM law. Must have daily access to a dependable motor vehicle.
