Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Center for Health Innovation (CHI). The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization, and carrying out its mission. Other key duties include resource/fund development, public relations, leadership, advocacy and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with our customers is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description, thus the employee is responsible for establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with CHI employees and affiliated organizations in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of significant relevant experience and education as indicated below. Knowledge in business, nonprofits, administration, finance, program development and management, resource development (including grant writing), policy/advocacy, and leadership development.
