Main Areas of Responsibility:
Identify and secure funding for JAG-NM’s sustainability and growth, including grant writing and fundraising; forge partnerships with state leaders, educational community and private sector; and recruit new school districts to the JAG-NM program that understand and agree to abide by the standards of a JAG accredited program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage JAG-NM marketing and communication, including social media; manage program staff; provide the leadership required to ensure successful implementation of JAG within each school site that satisfy JAG standards; and report regularly to the JAG-NM Board of Directors.

Qualifications are 3-5 years managing a not-for-profit or educational organization or programs; experience with virtual platforms for meetings and events; and successful grant-writing experience preferred.
