Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Family Care Team provides great customer service to our partners and the families staying at Casa Esperanza. The team is responsible for making reservations, checking families into Casa Esperanza, checking families out of our facility, billing Medicaid and other third parties, scheduling dinners, providing support resources and a variety of other responsibilities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position works closely with social workers at local hospitals and clinics throughout Albuquerque.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic software skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Database Management
This position pays $10.00/hour and is 20 hours per week. This includes evenings and some weekends.
Skills testing is a part of the interview process.
