Main Areas of Responsibility:
Delta Consulting Group seeks a bookkeeper with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to serve in the role of Financial Manager. This position will support all of our nonprofit clients, as well as Delta’s own day-to-day financial needs. A successful Delta employee is flexible and able to multitask, with absolute professionalism and ability to work as part of a team.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, including monthly reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, AP/AR, budget tracking, state/federal grant reporting and tracking, payroll. Also includes basic human resources support, financial policy development, and work with CPA on IRS Form 990s, 1099 preparation, and other state, federal, and local reporting.
A formal degree is not required, but applicants must have relevant experience and/or training. Must be ready to become the go-to person for financial management at Delta and be willing to jump in and do whatever is necessary to provide stellar service to our nonprofit clients.
