Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position focuses on building the Foundation’s integrated communications strategy and creating an environment for successful fundraising activities. You’ll drive sales activities, recruitment of new donors, and retention of minor donors. This includes developing and leading the Foundation’s annual fund and communications plan, managing the Foundation’s web and social media sites, and guiding program promotion and outreach efforts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
As our marketing and communications associate, you will have the opportunity to create compelling content through donor, recipient and staff interactions. You’ll also work closely with key departments and Foundation contractors to produce final marketing and communications efforts and products.
•B.A. in a related field or applicable experience may be substituted.
•1-3 yrs. fundraising; national experience preferred.
•Annual fund experience highly desired.
•Solid writing, proofreading and editing skills.
•Familiarity with social media platforms and updating website content.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage donors with discretion and tact.
