Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership New Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual as full-time Marketing Director. This position has the responsibility for all of the organization’s marketing, communications, public relations and includes all print and electronic marketing materials; (e-news, newsletters, annual Accomplishments Brochure, press releases, ad Campaign, social media, database and website management). Assists with the implementation of the annual Award dinner and program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining high quality in all areas of marketing, public relations, social media marketing, and assist with marketing the programs and events to the participants and the public. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Constant Contact, social media, In-design, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
College degree; 3-5 years’ experience in nonprofit program, marketing, public relations or adult or community education. Excellent people and communication skills; works effectively with internal and external clients; problem solver, superior written and verbal skills, flexible; self-motivated; organized; can manage multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to work under pressure and take initiative and be creative, meet deadlines, and the ability to occasionally travel.
