The NAMI NM Program Director will manage organization’s grants and contracts as assigned; prepare all grant and contract reports as assigned; implement and oversee the quality of programming; and oversee finances of the grants and financial reporting on the grants as assigned. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The NAMI NM Program Director must maintain productive communication with the Executive Director and NAMI NM affiliates to promote program and grant success; implement, review and report on the quality of programs by reviewing reports and evaluations and providing information to appropriate staff and contractors; maintain internal grant reporting system and files and do other duties as assigned.
You must have the ability to complete tasks independently during this time of remote working; be comfortable learning new database and technical skills; have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; have strong verbal and written communication skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; have basic web and technology skills; and be passionate about the NAMI mission.
