Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Organizer is responsible for volunteer recruitment, including phone banking, text banking, tele-town halls, virtual events, and social media organizing. The Organizer will also develop training materials; conduct trainings; deploy poll monitors; and address problems at the polls.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Organizer is responsible for engaging with election administrators about election plans, ensuring they are aware of our program, and work with them as needed to resolve issues and problems. They'll also be responsible for analyzing the problems identified throughout the election cycle, developing a report summarizing those issues, and issuing recommendations for legislative or local reforms that would prevent those problems in the future.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Voting Rights Organizer will lead the voter outreach program, including assisting with the Native American Voting Rights project, and voting rights/voting access for the November election.
