Main Areas of Responsibility:
15-20 hours per week, including two Saturday mornings per month. Seeking professional, detail-oriented team player with strong office and computer skills; nonprofit experience a plus. Database entry of tutor/student/volunteer records; confidentiality required. Bookkeeping, including payroll, QuickBooks data entry, bank reconciliation. General office clerical duties.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with in-service trainings/day-long tutor training sessions, at outreach events/fundraising/special events. Explain program to prospective students and tutors, assist with student and tutor intake.
Qualifications: Prior bookkeeping experience including payroll reporting; proficient with Word, Excel and QuickBooks; background check required.
