Main Areas of Responsibility:
Casa de Salud is seeking a full-time Operations Assistant interested in building a long term relationship with our organization. Duties will be wide-ranging and will include tasks that support organization-wide operations and administrative tasks in order to place Casa de Salud in the best possible position to serve our community.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Duties will include document and spreadsheet creation and management; data entry and reconciliation; cash reconciliation and reporting; invoicing; reporting; signage and flyer design; inventory management and organization; note taking; vendor and contractor communication; handling HIPAA protected information; medical credentialing; running errands; record keeping; lifting, moving & handling office equipment & supplies; and other duties as assigned.
