Main Areas of Responsibility:
This part-time employee (10-12 hours per week) will assist the Oasis office manager and the Intergenerational Tutoring Program Director with general administrative duties, including data entry, working with excel spreadsheets, and other miscellaneous duties. Oasis' mission is to promote successful aging in three ways: lifelong learning, healthy living, and social engagement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
General office duties (including filing, phone calls, copying); Microsoft Office experience - particularly Excel & Word; general data entry; good communication skills - both verbal and written; self starter/motivated; comfortable and protective of confidential information; flexible schedule; must enjoy working with the general public - mostly retirees.
