Main Areas of Responsibility:
The receptionist will assist in a wide variety of activities, including routing incoming calls from our main line, answering inquiries from the general email account, referring callers appropriately, assisting with community activities and community education, providing interpretation and translation services on occasion for attorneys, and entering client data into the case management system.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Answer calls live during working hours (approximately 15 hours/week); enter client info into Case Management System; perform interpretation and translation as needed; assist with community outreach and community education as needed; keep office tidy and printer stocked with paper as needed; and greet clients and visitors.
Qualifications: Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written; and excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications: Preferred: Nonprofit and/or Legal experience/ General office experience; and Google Apps experience (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Drive).
