Payroll / Accounting Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will perform all payroll functions including maintaining time clocks; Full cycle accounts payable; assist other departments with expense reimbursements; update vendor information; identify and resolve financial discrepancies; prepare bank deposits; reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information; and prepare and coordinate billings for pre-school.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A High School Diploma or GED, BA/BS preferred. This position requires 3-5 Years of experience in accounting, payroll or Bookkeeping; ability to Multitask; demonstration of strong organizational skills with attention to detail; strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills; proven skills in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook and Quickbooks; personable, friendly, customer-service oriented; and uses initiative and is resourceful.
