Main Areas of Responsibility:
Works with Marketing Coordinator and various departments to develop project requirements, provide creative concepts and establish realistic expectations.
Creates, manages, and prioritizes timelines, budgets, and workflow details for multiple projects under the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator
Coordinates and works with in-house and outsourced graphic artists and copywriters to provide creative direction for a wide variety of print pieces.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Schedules, prioritizes, and coordinates with in-house and outsourced print shops and mailing centers to ensure projects are finalized on time and deadlines are met
Creates and edits artwork and copy as needed using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office programs
Proofs, quality-checks, and organizes design resources, testimonies, and photos as needed
Three years experience in project management for print and digital projects
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and MS Office
Thorough understanding of print and web graphics and print production
Strong communicator who is able to listen and quickly identify requirements
Proven ability to multitask, handle details, and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well with others
Ability to “flesh out” projects with minimal direction
