Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining and entering data into the organization’s data management system, manage and maintain effective record keeping; organize files, produce reports; retrieve data as requested; perform regular backup and security database activities, capture the data in a timely and accurate manner; and standardize testing coordination.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support throughout the Center. This can include making copies, scanning documents, and assisting with scheduling rooms for meetings. AA degree in related field preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required, 3 years of data entry experience or relevant office experience required, advanced knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel required.
A high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, proficient touch typing skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Pay range starts at $14.74 per hour/$30,659 annually, DOE. Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and PTO benefits.
