Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Program Manager is responsible for all programs in the United States. Management includes daily operations, program evaluation and, supervision of staff and interns as well as the yearly intensive camp in New Mexico and local programs for youth and adults. A wonderful opportunity to empower young women throughout the Middle East and New Mexico. Diverse applicants who speak a second language are encouraged to apply.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Programs and Operations. Existing Programs: Works with the Executive Director on the planning, managing, and evaluation of existing programs and operations in the United States and overseas, including the summer camp intensive and Young Leader training. New Program Opportunities: Collaborates with the Executive Director on developing, managing, and evaluating new programs in line with strategic vision and theory of change.
