Program Manager for Constituent Services

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide professional coordination and oversight of the implementation of program/project activities; Report to policy makers, partners, agencies on activities; Collaborate with partners to further program and project goal; Maintain regular contact with SBHC sponsoring entities to ensure that the exchange of information is of best assistance to SBHC provider teams; Contact SBHCs to solicit successful practices/activities to feature as models in organization communication.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist the Executive Director in all matters relating to the day-to-day operations of the NMASBHC including personnel, financial, contract and membership matters; Participate in the administrative and daily operations of programs as assigned by the supervisor; Assist in the design and implementation of organization committee and Board meetings; Assist with proposal writing to develop additional funding.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Knowledge of child/adolescent health, school health, school-based health centers and Medicaid policy.
• Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple programs and activities.
• Experience with coalition building, development of health policy, and legislative advocacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or social services related field.

FULL TIME: 40 hours /week; may be negotiable/flexible depending on qualifications.
SALARY: Dependent on experience
