Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for supervision of student record systems and adherence to federal program regulations. This position provides a moderate level of administrative support for the HEP Program Director.
Associates Degree from an accredited two-year college or university in any field, plus two (2) years’ experience as an administrative assistant, bookkeeping, general office procedures, and social services. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish; must be able to understand and speak the Spanish language.
