Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides auxiliary support to administration; works interdepartmentally, helps with overall development, and client relations. Works with the executive director and finance manager to provide exceptional service to community members who have contact with organization. Manages confidentiality of clinical and staff information, documentation systems and reports. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have computer literacy, particularly with MS Office, Access, Excel or other similar data base collection systems. The employee must have great customer service skills in person and over the phone plus the ability to interact successfully with people of diverse backgrounds. In addition the employee must have the ability to take crisis calls on a rotational basis.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to point, hand or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
