Main Areas of Responsibility:
In collaboration with the Director of Organizational Learning and Research, the Research and Evaluation Coordinator will help implement research, evaluation and learning plans for the organization. Some national travel may be required.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Future Focused Education facilitates learning across a network of high schools and, based on that learning, propagates an innovative model of education to reach more students locally and nationally. The Coordinator will support the transfer of learning from the network to other organizational initiatives. This position will also support a variety of research, internal evaluation, and continuous improvement activities essential to the organization’s growth and credibility.
Bachelor’s degree required; preference for master’s degree (completed or in progress) in education or a social science field. Preference for at least one year of experience assisting with quantitative and qualitative research or program evaluation in educational settings. Current graduate students are encouraged to apply.
