Main Areas of Responsibility:
House managers provide quality oversight of Supported Living services for individuals including daily/weekly/monthly activities; medication assistance; development of staff; supporting individual goals; and oversight of house needs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Weekly shopping; meal planning; medical appointments; transportation; supervision of staff; establishing rapport; communications; behavioral support services; weekly home audits; and completion of required documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience as a House Manager OR 2 years of prior experience in the provision Developmental Disability Waiver services in a Supported Living setting. Educational coursework in social sciences, psychology, social work or other human services related topics is extremely beneficial.
