Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As a member of the Quality Compliance division, this position ensures proper program stewardship and monitoring for compliance requirements for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program. Work performance is achieved through assistance, evaluation, and quality of performance delivery in order to determine if the WIOA program is operating in compliance with the regulations in a manner that will ensure successful achievement of the approved program goals and outcomes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This team provides continuous support to allow program staff to focus on customers and program delivery.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires an associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college in accounting or business administration, plus two (2) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting principles, and administrative activities. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
