Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As the supervisor of the Quality Compliance division, this position ensures proper program stewardship and monitoring for compliance requirements for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program. Work performance is achieved through assistance, evaluation, and quality of performance delivery in order to determine if the WIOA program is operating in compliance with the regulations in a manner that will ensure successful achievement of the approved program goals and outcomes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will supervise WIOA Quality Compliance Monitors’ work for accuracy and ability to track performance standard achievements, while periodically analyzing and monitoring file and systems to ensure regulatory/contract compliance for WIOA contracts. This team provides continuous support to allow program staff to focus on customers and program delivery. The job will involve periodic travel to operational sites and some occasional overnight stays and conference attendance

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires an associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college in accounting or business administration plus four (4) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting principles, and administrative activities. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 per hour)
