Our mission is to educate, train and assist New Mexican nonprofit organizations to develop the technology, accounting and general business systems necessary to accomplish their charitable missions. We provide centralized, innovative services and tools at rates based on size and ability to pay.

Our model uses nonprofit specific Abila MIP Accounting software, including the full accounting, grant and donor tracking modules at a cost you would normally pay for low-end accounting software so that you get information that is tailored to your nonprofit's needs.
Financial Services: full bookkeeping services, assisting with the preparation of user friendly financial reports, internal audit review of your transactions, assisting with your preparation for audits, CFO services, and other customized financial services. We also can help with human resource issues, such as executive compensation analysis, or policy and compliance issues.
Training Services: general training on board fiscal responsibility and other current board related issues; how to account for complex financial transactions, develop financial statements; grant management; critical internal control issues; cash management; and human resource issues that have been identified from our nonprofit needs assessment analysis. In addition, we can provide generalized technology training, including the use of cloud based accounting systems, how to better manage the organization’s data, electronic file management, and data security and integrity.
